EXTRACT FROM LICENSE AND TAXI HOLOGRAM FOR THE CAR

Perform an additional technical inspection of the car for a taxi and get a TAXI annotation in the registration certificate.
Make the payment for the extract from the license for your car. The transcript for 15 years costs PLN 35.20 + PLN 17 stamp duty for granting the power of attorney.
Send us a scan of the registration certificate to licencje@ravapi.pl.
We will submit an application for an excerpt from the TAXI license by e-mail or by post (depending on the city).
When the extract is ready for collection, you can collect the extract yourself (if you have a power of attorney) or ask our expert to collect it (then you must provide us with the original registration certificate).
Our expert will return the documents to you when he receives an extract from the TAXI license.
Remember to always have an extract from the TAXI license in the car.

Required documents:

Polish driving license, category B. If you do not have a Polish driving license, you must have a translation of your driving license by a sworn translator;
ID card or passport with an entry stamp to Poland with a date not later than 180 days;
certificate of no criminal record (made no earlier than 30 days before submitting the application!);
35 x 45mm photo, without headgear and dark glasses;
medical and psychological certificate for the TAXI driver.

ATTENTION! There are 16 larger cities in the area of the Upper Silesian conurbation and, unfortunately, currently driving around Katowice (and neighboring cities) you must have a certificate for a car and be registered as a driver in each of these cities. Therefore, please prepare 16 notary copies of the above-mentioned documents (the cost of one notary's copy is PLN 7) and contact us.
